Wimborne Schools Chaplaincy

The purpose

Starting in 2014, Skittles our detached youth worker has been working in our local Middle and Upper Schools, with a vision of ‘Creating an impact in schools, to change lives’.

Through this ministry we currently work with:

St Michaels Middle School, Colehill

Allenbourn Middle School, Wimborne

Lockyer’s Middle School, Corfe Mullen

Queen Elizabeth Upper School, Wimborne

The Mission

Through running one to one mentoring, self confidence groups, Christian Unions, Assemblies, and Pastoral Support on School trips Skittles is connecting daily with young people where they are at, transforming lives with hope.

Outside of school's work, Skittles is also involved in delivering detached youthwork at local Skateparks. He Is a qualified Skateboard Coach and often offers free Skateboard lessons as part of the work that he does.
